Kline\" width=\"117\" height=\"171\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;font-family: 'Georgia',serif\">I came to Rose Hulman in 2001 and have found Rose to be a special place with great students and colleagues. I presently have a combined administrative and academic appointments serving as Associate Dean of Innovation and Professor of Engineering Management. In the Associate Dean position, I focus on innovation initiatives such as the Branam Innovation Center and developing teaching tools to inspire innovation in design.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;font-family: 'Georgia',serif\">Before Rose, I worked in industry in both small and large companies. Most recently I was Chief Operating Officer at Montronix serving in a variety of technical, operational, and business management roles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;font-family: 'Georgia',serif\">I am currently intrigued with the topic of innovation and developing approaches to inspire innovation in educational and professional settings.\u00a0 I am associated with IOI Partners LLC, a new venture focused on better ways to develop innovative solutions and take them to market.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;font-family: 'Georgia',serif\">I hope you will look around and find out some things about my classes, interests, background, and hobbies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: Calibri\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0Welcome to my website !!
