The Rose Imaging and Metrological Systems Lab aims to research and develop novel optical systems mainly for the purpose of optical imaging and measurements. Presently, we are also investing our energies toward establishing research collaborations within and outside RHIT. Our work with Innovations foresight on AI-based ophthalmic eye testing as well as our ongoing research with Dr. Maarij Syed at RHIT on optical characterization of super-paramagnetic nanoparticles are examples of our collaborative efforts.

We are always looking for interested researchers to collaborate with us on mutually aligned research avenues. Currently, we mainly continue to work in the development of novel optical systems deploying actively controlled optics, quasi-random optics as well as magneto-optics.
