It is with great excitement that we are pleased to share that Thomas Frankie, PhD, PE, SE has agreed to join our mentor team as a technical mentor. Dr. Frankie is a Senior Associate at Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc. (WJE) in Indianapolis, Indiana. He specializes in reinforced concrete structures and has extensive experience in failure investigation, nondestructive evaluation, structural analysis, development of repair plans and specifications, and construction period services.
He will be assisting us in regards to analyzing the existing structure on our El Sembrador School project. He is very knowledgeable in various different types of non-destructive testing that will be applicable to our project. Welcome aboard Dr. Frankie!
