Officer Election Results

Congratulations to the following individuals who were recently elected to serve on the 2026 Rose-Hulman Student Chapter Officer Board!

Co-Presidents

  • Jess Newsom

Jess is a junior civil engineering major with plans to also complete her Masters in Structural Engineering while at Rose. She previously served as Co-President in 2025 and Co-Fundraising and Marketing Team Lead in 2024.

  • Jonathan Slater

Jonathan is a junior civil engineering major with plans to also complete his Masters in Structural Engineering while at Rose. He previously served as Project Lead in 2025.

Project Lead

  • Elizabeth Ma

Elizabeth is a junior civil engineering major. She previously served as Co-President in 2025 and Co-Fundraising and Marketing Team Lead in 2024.

Co-Technical Leads

  • Lyndsey Barnett

Lyndsey is a sophomore civil engineering major with plans to also complete her Masters in Structural Engineering while at Rose. She previously served as Secretary in 2025.

  • Juliana Carragher

Juliana is a sophomore civil engineering major with plans to also complete her Masters in Environmental Engineering while at Rose. She previously served as Local Outreach Chair in 2025.

Sam is a sophomore mechanical engineering and electrical engineering double major. He previously served as Fundraising and Marketing Team Lead in 2025.

Logan is a sophomore civil engineering major with plans to also complete his Masters in Structural Engineering while at Rose.

Mary is a sophomore biomedical engineering and engineering design double major.

Local Outreach Chair

  • Palmer Schmidt

Palmer is a freshman civil engineering major with plans to also complete his Masters in Environmental Engineering at Rose.

We are extremely excited to see where the new officer board is able to take the club this coming year.  They all bring a diverse background of previous experience both in and outside of the club along with many new ideas of how to improve the club. Congratulations!
